Maxwell Muchenje, the founding director and principal consultant, is a qualified and experienced health and social care business leader. He brings a wealth of experience and business acumen that is used to ensure the company provides a high quality and value for money service.
Maxwell has for over 30 years worked in the private, local authority and voluntary sectors in practitioner, manager and leader roles. For the last 15 years, Maxwell has been a social care manager and has qualified to work as an Ofsted Registered Manager and most recently as an approved Responsible Individual. Maxwell has supported over 50 organisations with service set-up, business development [including tendering] and quality assurance initiatives.
Maxwell is a final year PhD Researcher (Entrepreneurial Leadership), a holder of an MBA General Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Management, BSc (Hons) Applied Accounting, University Diploma in Voluntary sector studies, Cache Level 4 Certificate Managing Quality in Children’s Services, CACHE NVQ 4 Children’s Care Learning and Development, and Level 3 Certificate in Managing Safely (Health and safety), among other qualifications.
